The quarantine camp’s rules

We must not only order food in the right frame time, but we must also follow a number of rules in here, including:

— Do not walk around each floor (4 floors in total)

— Do not enter another room voluntarily

— Maintain a safe distance from roommates and others

— Always wear a face mask when leaving the room (i wear it when sleep in 2 day first, haha)
— Keep cleaning, and wash your hands frequently.

The security guard receives orders from multiple shippers.

Delivering food on the quarantine camp

I will let you how we receive an order in the quarantine camp. it’s interesting thing.
First of all, We should pay for our order using an online payment method to avoid dealing with cash (the virus can spread via cash). When our order is completed and on way to delivered, we’ll send a message to the common group(Zalo). Then, two security guards will take note of it and await our arrival.

However, with over 70 people ordering in under two hours, it’s extremely difficult to keep track of everything without missing something. So, before I submit my order, I always make a note in it that “You just go to the address and give it to the security guard with the message: Send it to David (me) on the second floor.” And of course,I always using an online payment method for my order . Some people can’t do it for their orders online (no credit card or e-wallet, don’t know how to pay online, etc.) and the security guard will pay with cash when the order is delivered, and you will repay the security guard.

How do you get orders

So, how do you get orders to everyone on the fourth floor as quickly as possible while in limited contact.

The security guard uses a basket tied to a long rope that runs from the ground to the fourth floor. He just placed the order in the basket and pulled it over each floor. Before pulling, he’ll utilize a microphone and speaker to call someone to take the order.

You could also put money back in the basket for the security guard. In the two days first, we didn’t have a microphone and a speaker, so when they called 4th floor, someone didn’t hear them, and the security guard had to call multiple times and wait too long. As a result, now that we have a microphone and a speaker, communication in the fourth floor is much easier than before.

This mode of transportation is extremely intelligent, as it saves security guards time and effort while also limiting contact.
